In this age’s fast paced, hustle and bustle world, there is just no time or convenience for people to go outside to walk or jog. Many have turned to treadmill walking for exercise instead. Walking on treadmills is a great way to get in one’s daily exercise regiment without the problems associated with walking, jogging, or running outdoors, such as heat, humidity, cold, rain, wild dogs, cars, crime, and other outdoor hazards.

Treadmills have a softer walking surface that can prevent the constant pounding and pressure on feet, ankles, knees, and back associated with outdoors walking on sidewalks and roads. Walking on treadmills can also prevent you from tripping on a crack in the sidewalk, stumbling in a hole, or being attacked by a ferocious dog or criminal outdoors.
